Wear Penalty Shootout
Privacy Policy
Effective date and last updated:
This policy describes how Wear Penalty Shootout, the standalone Wear OS game with package identifier com.aceitai.wearpenaltyshootout, handles information.
1. Information used by the game
The game does not ask for your name, email address, telephone number or other account information. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, messages or health information.
To provide gameplay and remember your choices, the game uses the following information locally:
- Game preferences: choices such as control mode, wrist sensitivity, kicking foot, AI difficulty, sound and haptic feedback.
- Match totals: the number of completed matches and wins.
- Motion-sensor readings: rotation-vector or gyroscope readings used to aim when Wrist controls are selected. These readings are processed temporarily during gameplay, are not saved as a sensor history, and are not transmitted.
- Touch input: taps and swipes used to navigate menus, aim and kick. Touch input is processed locally and is not transmitted or retained as an interaction history.
2. Local storage and retention
Game preferences and match totals are stored in the app's private storage on your watch. They remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Android backup is disabled for the app; the game does not provide cloud storage or synchronisation.
The developer does not receive a copy of these locally stored records.
3. Sharing, advertising and analytics
The game does not share or sell your information. It contains no advertising, analytics or tracking services and does not request Android's Internet permission. Included music, sound effects and artwork are bundled with the app rather than downloaded during play.
4. Device features and permissions
The app uses the vibration permission for optional haptic game feedback. You can turn haptics off in the game's settings.
Motion sensors are used for Wrist controls where supported. You can select Touch or Swipe controls instead. Motion-sensor processing stops when gameplay is suspended or the app goes into the background.
5. Your choices and deleting local data
You can change controls, sound, haptics and other preferences in the game's settings. To delete saved preferences and match totals, use your device's app-storage settings to clear Wear Penalty Shootout's data, where that option is available, or uninstall the app.
No account deletion request is needed because the game has no accounts and the developer does not hold your game records.
6. Children and other players
The same local-only information handling applies to all players. The game does not request personal information from children or other users.
7. Platform services
This policy covers Wear Penalty Shootout. Google Play, Wear OS, your device manufacturer and any service you independently use to contact the developer operate under their own privacy policies. Their handling of information is separate from the game's local processing.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the game or its information-handling practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
9. Contact
For privacy questions, contact the developer using the support contact details in the Wear Penalty Shootout listing on Google Play. Open the listing's App support or Developer contact section to find the developer's contact information.
