1. About this policy

This policy explains how Wear Mini Golf handles information when you use the Wear OS game. The developer can be contacted at admin@aceit-ai.co.za. You do not need to create an online account to play.

2. Information stored on your watch

The app stores information in its private local storage to run the game and resume your progress. This includes:

• Player display names, golfer appearance choices and virtual golfer skin tones. You can use a nickname or keep the default name; a real name is not required.
• Round length, play mode, difficulty, measurement units, wrist sensitivity, direction-arrow preferences and audio settings.
• Saved-round state, ball positions, shot direction and power, scores, penalties, completed-round records and local in-game handicap and win/loss/draw totals.

These records are used only on the device for gameplay, settings and progress. They are not uploaded to a developer server or shared through an online leaderboard. Pass the Watch uses local players on the same watch.

3. Motion sensors and device features

Wear Mini Golf uses the watch's rotation and orientation sensors to turn wrist movement into aiming controls. Sensor readings are processed locally during play. The app does not save a raw motion history or use these readings for health, location or activity tracking. The resulting game aim may be saved as part of an unfinished round.

The app uses vibration for game feedback. It does not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, camera or health data. It has no Android internet permission.

4. Collection, advertising and sharing

The game does not send personal information or gameplay telemetry to the developer. It does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs or third-party crash-reporting SDKs, and it does not sell or share your local game records with advertisers or data brokers.

Android, Wear OS and Google Play may process information independently when you use their services, install or update the game, or choose to send platform diagnostics. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies, including Google's Privacy Policy.

5. If you contact support

If you email the developer, the information you choose to provide—such as your email address, message and any attachments—will be received and used to answer your request, investigate the issue or address a privacy inquiry. Email service providers process messages as part of delivering and storing email.

Support correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any related legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. You may contact the address below to request access, correction or deletion of personal information you have sent to support, subject to applicable requirements.

6. Retention and deletion

Local settings and progress remain on your watch until overwritten by gameplay, cleared through the device's app-storage controls, or removed by uninstalling the app. The visible completed-round history retains the most recent 20 rounds; cumulative totals and round identifiers used to avoid counting results twice may remain until app data is cleared.

To remove all locally saved game information, clear Wear Mini Golf's app data in the watch's system settings or uninstall it. The exact menu names depend on your watch. The app disables Android cloud backup and excludes its private game data from Android device-transfer rules. The developer does not hold a server copy of your game progress.

7. Children and families

The game's local play does not require a real name, online account or contact information, and the app contains no advertising or online chat. If you believe a child has sent personal information to the developer through support, please contact us so the request can be reviewed and the information handled appropriately.

8. Security and policy updates

Game records are stored in the app's private storage under the device's normal Android security protections. No storage or communication method can guarantee absolute security. Keep your watch and operating system updated and protect access to your device.

This policy may be updated if the app's features or information practices change. The revised policy will show an updated effective date. If you view this policy on a website, its host may process ordinary connection information to deliver the page; that website request is separate from the offline game.
