Wear Foosball
Privacy Policy

Last updated:
This policy explains how Wear Foosball handles information when you use the game. It applies to the Wear OS application with package name com.aceitai.wearfoosball. The developer can be contacted at admin@aceit-ai.co.za.
1. Information handled by the game
The game does not request your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, health information or advertising identifier. It does not include an account system, online multiplayer service or cloud profile.
The following information is handled locally to make the game work:
- Preferences: selected team, team colour, Attack or Defence position, sound setting, optional slider setting and wrist-panning setting are saved in the app's private device storage.
- Match state: scores, ball and rod positions, and related gameplay values are held locally. Android may temporarily retain saved match state to restore the game after the activity is recreated.
- Touch input: taps, drags and swipes are processed to control the rods and navigate menus. The game does not record or upload a history of these inputs.
2. Optional motion sensors and permissions
If you enable wrist panning, Wear Foosball uses the watch's rotation sensor to adjust the camera view. These readings are processed temporarily on the watch, are not saved as a motion history, and are not sent to the developer or other parties. Wrist panning can be switched off in Settings. Sensor listening stops when the game is paused or leaves the foreground.
The app uses the vibration permission for gameplay haptics. It does not request internet access, location, camera, microphone, contacts or health-data permissions.
3. Collection, sharing and third-party services
Wear Foosball does not send gameplay, preferences or sensor readings off your device. The developer does not sell, rent or share those local game data with third parties. AI teammates and opponents are computer-controlled players running on the device; they do not use an external AI service.
The app does not integrate advertising, behavioural tracking, analytics or remote crash-reporting SDKs. Google Play, Wear OS and your device manufacturer may separately process installation, purchase or diagnostic information under their own policies and your device settings. This policy describes the game's own data handling, rather than those independent platform services.
4. If you contact support
If you email admin@aceit-ai.co.za, the developer receives your email address and any information you choose to include, such as a message or screenshot. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and resolve support issues. Email is handled through the email providers involved in delivering and storing the correspondence; it is separate from the offline game.
Support correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, related follow-up and applicable legal obligations. You may contact the same address to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you supplied. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for support.
5. Storage, retention and deletion
Preferences remain in the app's private storage until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Temporary match state is managed locally by the game and Android and is not a cloud save. The app is configured to disable Android app-data backup.
You can remove locally stored settings and game data using your watch's app-storage controls or by uninstalling Wear Foosball. There is no game account or developer-hosted gameplay database to delete. To request deletion of support emails, contact the developer using the address below.
6. Security
The game uses Android's app-private storage and keeps its gameplay processing on the device. Your device's security settings also help protect local information. No storage system or email service can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Children's privacy
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other players through gameplay. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to the developer through support correspondence, please contact admin@aceit-ai.co.za so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the game or its data practices. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated date. If a future version introduces materially different data handling, the policy and any necessary in-app notices or choices will be updated accordingly.
9. Contact
For privacy questions or requests concerning Wear Foosball, email admin@aceit-ai.co.za. Where applicable, you may also raise a concern with your local data-protection authority.
