Ace Coders (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Wear Fishing II (the "App"), a game designed for Wear OS smartwatches.

The App is designed to function without requiring you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or other directly identifying information. Game progress, preferences, and scores may be stored locally on your device.

We do not intentionally collect personal information through the App. However, Google Play and the operating system may process certain information independently, as described below.

Locally stored information is used to maintain game settings, progress, and gameplay functionality. We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or selling personal data.

3. Internet Connectivity and Third-Party Services

Core gameplay is intended to work offline. If you download, purchase, update, or otherwise access the App through Google Play, Google may process device, purchase, diagnostic, and other information under its own policies. Such processing is controlled by Google, not by us.

4. Purchases

If the App offers a paid download or optional in-app purchases, payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Google may provide us with limited transaction or purchase-status information necessary to administer purchases and support.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not intentionally transmit locally stored gameplay data to our own servers. Information may be processed by platform providers, such as Google Play, when you use their services.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Game data stored locally generally remains on your device until you clear the App's storage or uninstall it, subject to your device's backup and restore settings. Google-managed records, including purchase history, are subject to Google's retention and deletion practices.

7. Security

We aim to minimize data handling and rely on the security protections provided by Wear OS and Google Play. No device or digital system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from children through the App. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of the device and any purchase features. If you believe personal information has been provided to us by a child, please contact us.

9. Permissions

The App should only request permissions needed for its actual functionality. Any permissions displayed by Wear OS or Google Play can be reviewed in your device settings. This policy should be updated if future features introduce new data access or collection.

10. International Users

We are based in South Africa. Platform providers may process information in other countries under their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
