1. About this policy
This policy explains how Wear Colouring Book, provided by AceIT AI, handles information. It applies to the Wear OS app, including colouring pictures, free painting and the local gallery.

2. Information kept on your device
The app stores the following locally so you can continue playing:
- Your selected age level, used to adjust colour choices and available activities. This is a game setting; we do not ask for a name, date of birth or proof of age.
- Best results for each picture and age level, displayed as stars.
- A free-painting draft and snapshots of completed pictures or drawings in the app's gallery.
We do not receive these settings, scores or drawings. The app does not upload artwork or provide a public sharing service.
3. Artwork snapshots and device storage
When a picture is completed, or you tap the camera button in free painting, the app saves a digital snapshot of the artwork. It stores a copy in its local gallery and attempts to save a PNG image to the device's Pictures/Wear Colouring Book folder using Android's media storage service.
The camera button does not access a physical camera or photograph you or your surroundings. Exported images may be accessible to other apps or device services that you allow to access your pictures. Any backup or sharing performed by those services is controlled by you and their own policies.
4. Permissions, sounds and connectivity
The app uses vibration for haptic feedback. Spoken instructions and sound effects are bundled with the app and played locally.
The app does not request internet, microphone, camera, contacts or location permissions. It does not record speech, access a microphone, use online AI services during play, or collect device or advertising identifiers.
5. Children, advertising and third parties
Wear Colouring Book includes activities for young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. There are no accounts, chat features, advertisements, in-app purchases, analytics or third-party tracking services in the colouring experience. We do not sell personal information or share app data with advertisers.
A parent or guardian can contact us about privacy concerns. Please do not include a child's name, photograph, date of birth or other unnecessary personal information in support messages.
6. Retention, deletion and security
Local settings, scores, drafts and in-app gallery images remain until the app's storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Use your device's app settings to clear this data. Clearing the free-painting canvas affects that drawing; it does not delete previously saved snapshots.
Exported images in device media storage may remain after the app is uninstalled or its storage is cleared. Delete those separately using your device's image or file management tools.
Private app data uses Android's application storage protections. Android cloud backup and device transfer of private app data are disabled by the app. There is no app account or server-side profile to delete, and we cannot retrieve artwork stored only on your device.
7. Contacting us and visiting our website
If you email us, we receive the email address and information you choose to include so that we can respond. Correspondence is handled through our email provider and retained only as needed to address your request and meet applicable obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to those obligations.
Visiting our website or using your email service is separate from offline play and may involve those services' normal processing. This privacy page itself contains no analytics, cookies, external fonts or tracking scripts.
8. Changes and questions
We may update this policy if the app's features or information practices change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
