Wear Blaster – Privacy Policy

Developer: Ace Coders (Pty) Ltd

Effective date: 21 October 2026

Wear Blaster is a space-shooter game for Wear OS. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.

1. Information and gameplay data

Wear Blaster is designed to run offline and does not require you to create an account. The game may store gameplay information on your device, such as unlocked levels, saved progress, high scores, preferences and audio or control settings. This information is used to provide and maintain your gameplay experience.

2. Motion sensors and controls

If the game offers wrist-tilt controls, it may access motion sensor readings (such as accelerometer or gyroscope data) to move your spaceship. These readings are used for gameplay. The developer does not intentionally collect or transmit raw motion sensor readings to its servers.

3. Internet access and third-party services

Core gameplay does not require an internet connection. The developer does not intentionally collect personal information through an in-game account or operate a gameplay-data collection server for Wear Blaster. Google Play and the Android/Wear OS platform may independently process information related to app installation, purchases, security, diagnostics or other platform services under their own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Important: If a future version adds advertising, analytics, crash reporting, online leaderboards, cloud saves or other third-party SDKs, this policy will be updated to describe the relevant data practices.

4. Purchases

If Wear Blaster is offered as a paid download or includes purchases, payment transactions are handled by Google Play. The developer does not receive or store your full payment card details through the game.

5. Data sharing

The developer does not sell gameplay data or intentionally share locally stored gameplay progress with advertisers or data brokers. Platform services may handle data independently as described above.

6. Data retention and deletion

Game progress and preferences may remain on your watch until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Clearing app data may permanently remove saved progress. Information held by Google Play is subject to Google's own retention and deletion practices.

7. Children's privacy

Wear Blaster does not intentionally request names, contact details or other personal information from players. Parents and guardians should review the game's Google Play age rating and supervise use as appropriate. If you believe the developer has received a child's personal information, contact us using the details below.

8. Security

We aim to minimize information handling and use local storage for gameplay settings and progress. No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the game, applicable law or our information practices change. The latest version will be published at the location where this policy is made available, with an updated effective date.
