Ace Coders PTY LTD ("we", "us", or "our") develops and operates Wear Learn ABC, an educational application for Wear OS smartwatches. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the application.
Wear Learn ABC is designed to help young children learn letters, numbers, and pronunciation. We take children's privacy seriously and aim to collect only the information necessary to provide the app's learning features.
The app does not require children to create an account or provide their name, email address, phone number, or other identifying information.
Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of the app, particularly when microphone access is enabled.
Wear Learn ABC may request microphone access so that a child can practise saying letters and numbers aloud. Speech recognition is used to evaluate spoken responses and support the learning experience.
Speech recognition may be provided by the speech recognition service available on the device. Depending on the device, operating system, service provider, and settings, audio or speech data may be processed locally or transmitted to that provider for recognition.
We do not independently collect or store voice recordings on our own servers under the app's intended design. However, the processing and retention practices of a third-party speech recognition provider are governed by that provider's own policies and settings.
Please check the speech recognition implementation used by your device before allowing a child to use this feature.
The app is designed not to collect personal information directly from children. It does not require registration, and we do not intentionally collect children's names, contact details, precise location, photographs, or personal profiles.
Learning progress or app preferences, if saved by the app, may be stored locally on the device. Such local information remains on the device unless the app's implementation or device services transmit it elsewhere.
The app does not include advertising or third-party advertising SDKs under its intended design. If analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or additional third-party services are introduced, this policy must be updated to describe their data practices.

We do not maintain a developer-operated database of children's personal information under the app's intended design. Information stored locally by the app can generally be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
Data handled by a third-party speech recognition service may be subject to that provider's retention and deletion practices.
We aim to minimise the information processed by Wear Learn ABC and use reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
