Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how the developer of THRUSTER, reachable at aceit-ai.co.za, handles information in the game and privacy enquiries about it. It covers the game itself. The website, Google Play and your watch operating system may process information separately under their own policies.

2. Information stored on your watch

THRUSTER saves the information needed to remember your game in its private local app storage:

• Completed and unlocked levels, best stars, scores and landing accuracy.
• Attempt counts, tutorial completion and which level introductions you have seen. Your rank is determined from saved progress.
• Your selected car and settings for launch assistance, sound, music, vibration and optional wrist steering.
• Steering sensitivity and calibration values when you calibrate wrist steering.

These values are used only to operate and personalise the game on that watch. They are not uploaded by the app. The game also keeps locally generated sound files in its cache.

3. Motion sensors and device features

When you enable wrist steering during play, or open the settings used for calibration, THRUSTER reads the watch accelerometer to interpret movement. Current motion readings are processed locally and are not saved as a movement history or sent off the watch. Only calibration offsets and your steering preferences are retained. Sensor listening stops when the app moves to the background.

The app uses vibration for optional haptic feedback and keeps the display awake while it is in the foreground. You can turn haptics and wrist steering off in the game settings. THRUSTER does not request access to your location, contacts, health records, camera or microphone, and it does not use an Internet permission.

4. Collection, sharing and advertising

The game does not collect or send personal information to the developer. It does not sell data, send game data to advertisers, or include advertising, analytics or developer-operated crash-reporting services. There are no online accounts, public profiles or cloud leaderboards in this version.

Google Play and the watch operating system may independently process installation, purchase, diagnostic or other platform information according to your device settings and their own privacy policies. This is separate from transmission by THRUSTER. See Google's Privacy Policy for information about Google services.

5. Retention, security and deletion

Saved game data remains in the app's private storage until you clear THRUSTER's app storage or uninstall it. Android restricts normal access to this storage to the app. No storage method can guarantee absolute security, particularly on a compromised device.

To remove your saved progress and settings, use your watch's system settings to clear THRUSTER's app storage or uninstall THRUSTER. Device menu names vary. This resets progress, scores, attempt counts and settings. Clearing only the cache does not reset progress. The app disables Android automatic backup and excludes its saved preferences from platform backup and device-transfer rules.

There is no online game account to delete and no developer-held copy of your saved game to recover.

6. If you contact us

If you choose to email support, we receive your email address and whatever information you include. We use that information to answer your enquiry, resolve the issue and keep records needed for that purpose or legal obligations. Email is handled through the email providers involved in delivering your message; this does not cause the game to upload its local data. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your question. Contact us if you want us to review or delete a support correspondence record, subject to any required retention.

7. Children's privacy

The game does not request personal details, use targeted advertising or transmit children's gameplay or motion readings to the developer. If a child or parent sends personal information to support, contact us to request its review or deletion.

8. Changes to this policy

If THRUSTER's information practices change, this policy will be updated and its effective date revised. Any additional disclosures or permissions required for a new feature will be provided before that feature accesses the relevant information.
