Ace Coders (PTY) LTD ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Padel Score Keeper application ("App") designed for Wear OS.

1. Information We Collect

A. Match Data

When you use the App to track Padel matches, we store data related to your games, including:

Team and player names (as entered by you).
Scores, sets, and game history.
Americano match rotations and leaderboards.

B. Motion Sensor Data (Gameplay Insights)

If you use the "Gameplay Insights" feature, the App accesses your device's motion sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope). This data is processed in real-time to:

Identify shot types (e.g., Smash, Volley, Lob).
Calculate match activity levels and overall game ratings.

Note: Raw sensor data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

C. Purchase Information

Premium features are gated via Google Play Billing. While we receive confirmation of your "Pro" status from Google, we do not collect or store your payment details, such as credit card numbers. All transactions are handled securely by Google Play.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely to provide and improve the App's features, specifically:

To maintain your current match state and history.
To generate personal gameplay statistics and insights.
To manage and verify your access to Pro features.

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: All match data and gameplay insights are stored locally on your device using an internal database.
No Cloud Sync: We do not currently transmit your match history or personal data to any external servers or cloud services.
Data Deletion: You can delete all App data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

4. Permissions

The App requires the following permissions to function:

Body Sensors / Motion Sensors: To detect and analyze your swings for Gameplay Insights.
Foreground Service: To ensure the App continues tracking your match even when the screen is dimmed or you navigate away from the scoring screen.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Play Services for:

App distribution and updates.
In-app purchases (Google Play Billing).

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy
