Ace Coders PTY LTD ("Ace Coders", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Mood Watch Face Wear OS application ("the App") accesses and handles information when you use the App.
Mood Watch Face is designed to provide a premium adaptive analogue watch face. Where supported and permitted by your device, the App may use heart-rate and activity information to dynamically adjust the watch face's colour, visual intensity, and displayed information.
Depending on your Wear OS device, operating system version, available sensors, and permissions granted by you, Mood Watch Face may access:
The App requests only the permissions necessary to provide its functionality. You can control or revoke applicable permissions through your Wear OS device settings. Revoking a permission may prevent the corresponding adaptive feature from functioning.
Heart-rate and activity information is used solely to provide the adaptive watch-face experience.

Mood Watch Face is designed to process the sensor information required for its adaptive functionality locally on the user's Wear OS device.
Heart-rate and activity information used by the watch face is not transmitted to Ace Coders' servers by the App.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your heart-rate or activity information to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Mood Watch Face does not maintain a remote database containing your heart-rate or activity information.
Sensor information used for the adaptive visual experience is processed on the device and is not retained by Ace Coders on external servers.
If temporary sensor values or calculated states are held in device memory or local application storage during operation, they are used only to provide the watch-face functionality and are not transmitted to Ace Coders.
Ace Coders does not sell or share personal health, heart-rate, activity, or sensor information collected or accessed by Mood Watch Face with third parties.
The App does not use heart-rate or activity information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or personalised advertising.
Mood Watch Face does not use your heart-rate or activity information for advertising or analytics purposes.
If future versions of the App introduce analytics, advertising, or other third-party services that involve personal information, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those practices before they are implemented.
Mood Watch Face is a visualisation and entertainment/productivity-oriented watch-face experience. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
The terms used by the watch face, including states such as "Relaxed", "Calm", "Focused", "Energized", "Stressed", and "Highly Activated", represent an indicative interpretation of available sensor signals and should not be interpreted as a medical assessment or definitive measurement of emotional or psychological state.
Heart-rate and activity measurements may vary depending on the device, sensor quality, watch placement, movement, environmental conditions, and other factors.
Do not use information displayed by Mood Watch Face to make medical decisions. If you have concerns about your health, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Mood Watch Face may request access to supported body-sensor or activity information where required for its adaptive functionality.
You may grant or deny permissions through your Wear OS device. If required permissions are denied, the watch face can continue to operate as an analogue watch face, although adaptive sensor-based features may be unavailable.
Mood Watch Face is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because the App is designed to process sensor information locally and does not transmit that information to Ace Coders' servers, no remote transmission of heart-rate or activity information is performed by the App.
You should also use the security and privacy controls provided by your Wear OS device and keep your device protected against unauthorized access.
You control whether the App can access supported sensor information through the permission controls on your Wear OS device.
You can revoke permissions at any time. If permissions are revoked, features that depend on those permissions may no longer function.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, applicable laws, or our data practices.
When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
