MyFriend is developed and published by Ace Coders (PTY) LTD, a South African software development company.

We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data.

All information you enter into the application—including products, customers, transactions, and settings—remains on your own device.

We do not operate servers that receive your business data.

3. Local Storage Only

MyFriend is designed to work primarily offline.

• All business data is stored locally on your device.
• We do not back up your information.
• We cannot recover lost or deleted data.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups when available.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscription purchases are processed securely by Google Play.

We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment card information, banking details, or other payment credentials.

5. Camera Permission

MyFriend requests access to your device's camera solely for scanning product barcodes.

• Photographs stored locally only
• No camera images are transmitted to us.
• Camera access is used only while scanning barcodes or taking customer / product photos with full consent required

6. Children's Privacy

MyFriend is intended for use by business owners and adults.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application or legal requirements.

Continued use of MyFriend after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
