Car Pool Privacy Policy

Car Pool is an eight-ball pool game for Android Automotive OS, designed for use while parked. This policy explains how the game handles information.

Information stored on your device

Car Pool stores game progress, ball positions, settings, driver-side preference, completed-game statistics, daily free-game usage, whether the free two-player trial has been used, and cached Car Pool Pro ownership in the app's private storage on your Android user profile.

This information supports saving and continuing matches, displaying statistics, applying daily game limits and remembering your settings. It is not uploaded to a developer-operated server. Android backup of app data is disabled.

Purchases through Google Play

Car Pool offers an optional one-time Car Pool Pro purchase. Google Play handles checkout and payment. The app uses Google Play Billing to request product information, start checkout, receive purchase status and purchase tokens, acknowledge completed purchases, and restore ownership.

Car Pool does not receive your payment card details. Google may process account, transaction and device information under its own terms and privacy policy. Purchase-related information may be retained by Google even if you uninstall the app.

Advertising, analytics and permissions

This release does not include advertising, third-party analytics, user accounts or a developer-operated tracking service. It does not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, camera, messages or vehicle driving history. The app uses the Android lifecycle and operating-system restrictions to pause gameplay and sound when it is no longer available for use.

Sharing and transfers

The developer does not sell your personal information or upload locally saved gameplay information. Google Play provides purchase services as described above. If you contact support by email, the information you send is processed by the email services involved in that communication.

Support messages

If you email support, your email address, message and any files you choose to send are used to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations.

Retention and your choices

Local game information stays on your device until you clear the app's storage, uninstall the app or remove the Android user profile. These actions remove locally stored progress, preferences and free-play counters. A completed Pro purchase can be restored using the same Google Play account, subject to Google Play's ownership status and availability.

You can change sound, driver-side and control-layout preferences in Settings. Contact support about information you have sent directly to the developer. There is no Car Pool account to create or delete.

Children's privacy

Car Pool does not ask players to provide names, dates of birth or other personal details. Purchases are handled through Google Play and its applicable account, family and purchase-approval settings. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so the request can be reviewed and the information removed where appropriate.

Security

The app uses Android's app-private storage and Google Play's billing interfaces. No storage or communications system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your vehicle's Android software and Google Play services updated and protect access to your Android user profile.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the game or its information-handling practices change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
